Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
3 fresh Basil leaves
50 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
10 ml Mastiha liqueur
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)


1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of drops of olive oil..
  3. Lightly MUDDLE basil (just to bruise) in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  6. Drip 5 drops of olive oil on surface of cocktail
