Serve in a Coupe glass
3 fresh | Basil leaves |
50 ml | Bacardi Carta Blanca |
10 ml | Mastiha liqueur |
20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of drops of olive oil..
- Lightly MUDDLE basil (just to bruise) in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Drip 5 drops of olive oil on surface of cocktail
